My Marriage Contracts fic is now complete on the site.  This version is a fairly minor rewrite pulling the worst of my Weasley bashing from the story, and to give the Hermione thread a better less open ended ending.

- We've got something of a snowstorm going on right now, so I'm working on a one shot that's been gnawing on me for a while.  What if Horcruxes didn't work?

Chapter two of my re-write of "Harry Potter and the Marriage Contracts" is up.

Chapter 3 of 4 for my Quantum Leap/Harry Potter fusion...  Not really a crossover as I'm simply borrowing the ideas from QL rather than the characters and situations...  Though I did amuse myself a bit by dressing Luna in Choker Whites for the first chapter and having her call Ron 'the Nozzle' because it seemed appropriate...  Any way, chapter 3 is up and I've started working on the forth and final chapter.

- I believe I've come up with a fairly original finish for Tom, at least I've never seen anyone use it before.  That means that its probably only been used six or seven hundred times before.

For everyone's review, the first chapter of my "Marriage Contracts' story, consolidated to 12-15k word chapters and slightly rewritten to remove some of the more ill thought out portions and to correct most of the mistakes. (probably generating more mistakes in the process)

- The gist of the story is the War is over and Harry (and Neville) won.  The pair of them believe that if HOW they won was all that important the people asking should have been there risking their butts too, so they are keeping mum about the situation.  As 7th year approaches, the pair of heroes settle down to try and deal with life as they  now find it.  Neville with the assumption of his responsibilites as the Head of the Longbottom Family, and Harry with just trying to find out what it's like to have a little fun.

- And on their 17th birthdays, both young men are surprise with offers of Marriage Contracts.  Lots and Lots of marriage contracts.

- Oh, and before anyone asks:  No, Hermione isn't on any sort of love potion or compulsion.

- My output is likely to drop off for a bit, we're gearing up for a big release at work and I'm in the midst of a Quality and Assurance cycle, and my eldest's wife just delivered my first Grand Son, tiny little Xander Grant Harmon (6lb 7oz, ten fingers, ten toes, and obviously brilliant), so I'l likely to be playing with him rather than writing quite so much.

A quicky I've been playing with since the challenge was made before Christmas...  I suppose I could have sat on it until next December, but then I'd probably have forgotten it or something.

Anyone who has followed my work on other sites surely knows that my actually finishing a story is an event that is usually heralding an approaching apocalypse, so everyone be warned.  As with most of my stories I imagine an ending and write the story to get there.  The Truth didn't happen that way.  It grew out of a discussion on a Yahoo group where someone mentioned a near lack of realistic harem fics.

Now personally, I don't believe that a 'harem' or indeed a group marriage like I detailed in The Truth are possible.  It's hard enough to live with A person, much less four other people.  That being said, I have spent long periods of time around women forced into close quarters, and I've seen their cycles synchronize.  Amplify the bad parts, turn up the horny factor, bingo a story.

Well, Tim was nice enough to offer me space here for my stories.  I'm not sure I really deserve a seat at the big kids table, but I'll take it when offered. 

I still haven't decided if I should upload my old stuff currently on FF.net and other places or just post new material here, but which ever way I decide to go, I'll start with the uploads this weekend.
